African countries should be
African countries should be as much as possible engaged in the developing of the economy, and forget about the conflicts and the division of power. Even the Government's deficit spending - the old curse of Africa - looks positively small in comparison with the huge debts of the United States and some European countries. The new Obamas administration proposes spending levels that will lead to a record high budget deficits in the United States, more than one trillion dollars - and will be placed up on top of a record deficit of outgoing Bush administration.
