Advisor to the High Commissioner, UNHCR
Ewen Macleod is currently an Advisor to the High Commissioner at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Geneva. He has worked for the United Nations and the European Commission (EC), holding both headquarters and field-based positions. During the course of a thirty year career he has worked on many complex humanitarian crises and protracted refugee situations in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
