Georgia Harley

Senior Justice Reform Specialist
Georgia Harley is a Senior Justice Reform Specialist in the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank, working predominantly in Europe and Central Asia. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Harley was Executive Legal Adviser to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Senior Legal Officer to the Australian Attorney-General's Office of International Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland, a Master of Laws from the Australian National University and a Master in Economic Development Policy from Duke University. Ms. Harley has recently published for the Sanford Journal of Public Policy and the World Bank Legal Review.
