Egypt's problems are mostly well understood as you have indicated in the Botagas case but there is a lack of political will to implement a solution. Same applies to Bread, Electricity, and Gasoline. Egypt's problem is that no problem is EVER solved once for all but solved 100 times. I was also amazed how much is understood about the education problem in the international publications and yet nothing ever implemented. Moursi-MB is continuing the charade promising ever one more goodies without ANY real basic solution. He is going to solve the basic five issues in 100 days with no real change anywhere. Lack of political will and pandering to the masses!
