Hosted by Justin Yifu Lin, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at the World Bank, this blog is a forum for discussing ideas and debating issues connected with economic development and poverty reduction.  The blog features entries from the World Bank’s development experts as well as leading lights from universities, government, think tanks, NGOs and development agencies.

'Let’s Talk Development’ covers diverse topics ranging from the role of government in facilitating economic development (‘structural transformation’) to data findings, on-the-ground results from innovative trials, and reports from the field.
