Saurabh is a Consultant with the Economic Policy unit of South Asia PREM, World Bank in Washington, D.C. where he has worked on Sri Lanka and India specializing on issues pertaining to economic growth, trade, macroeconomics and policies promoting inclusive growth. He is conducting research on growth and sophistication of production with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Research Department and was a trainee at the World Trade Organization (WTO), Agricultural and Commodities Division in Geneva during the Doha Round. Saurabh is also an Associate of Strategic Asia (Jakarta, Indonesia) and a contributor to Investors Intelligence Network (New York City). He received his Bachelors and Masters in International Economics and Finance from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Saurabh is a guitar player and songwriter who continues to play for live audiences and collaborate with other artists globally.
