Thank you for this opportunity. There is so much great work being done in this field, and I commend you for acknowledging the excellent work being done. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance. Recently, Ashoka's Changemakers honored the following women making waves using technology: Ewa Wojkowska (co-founder and COO of Kopernik) http://www.changemakers.com/node/101590 Leila Chirayath (founder of Samasource) http://www.changemakers.com/node/101627 Lana Hijazi (co-founder of Souktel) http://www.changemakers.com/node/101589 I would be happy to connect you with any of them!

Hi Evagelia, Thanks for your comment. May I suggest you write Katie Buck at the Tech Awards directly? Her email is kbuck@scu.edu. She can give you more information about nominating these pioneers in technological development. Good luck, and may the best woman (or man) win!! :) All the best, Kirsten Spainhower Development Marketplace
