If you are supporting the Government of PNG with your money, the vast majority of the funds will most likely be stolen with the remainder misspent. Please World Bank find out ways you can build roads in PNG without supporting the large-scale and systematic corruption that has swamped the PNG government. Do not pretend this doesn't happen when your employees know it does. I hope for the people of Kerema one day they will get a good road.
