Dear members On the same line, I think the Professional requirements have evolved considerably. In the 60's were required skills to develop a set of segmented tasks and cumulative. Was later extended to a demand for more technical knowledge and methodological skills be applicable to a wide range of jobs. Currently, due to a change in patterns of competition between firms, generated by the transformations in production systems, distribution and organization, have been developed new contents, methods and means working by where not only sufficient the knowledge of the profession, also required mastery of personal and social skills to be inserted and remain in the labour market.
