Agree with Arief’s point - Despite the good progress which Timor-Leste has achieved, the country faces plenty of critical challenges that need to be addressed. These challenges include very high rates of population growth, with two thirds of the population under the age of 25. These call for improvement in access to services particularly in the education sector. Investing in education will produce a high return of investment for the country’s future. A good quality education produces quality teachers, policy makers and most important it liberates people from ignorance.
