BETT 2010
Interesting to read about last year's BETT on the brink of this year's event.
With the launch of Home Access at BETT 2010, a major theme this year is likely to be that of bringing ICT to those who have not had access to the technology in the past.
But Home Access is a scheme for UK families only, and it remains to be seen how much emphasis will be placed on providing the developing world with access to ICT.
The suspicion remains that, with the economy still struggling, the developing world will not receive the attention it deserves - at BETT and in the sector in general in 2010.
