There is also some interesting work going on in South Africa and Africa. Some examples include * the Educational Technology Initiative for Africa we are working on with SAIDE and seven other African universities (see http://www.oerafrica.org/Default.aspx?alias=www.oerafrica.org/phea) * our research project on student experiences which we are blogging about at http://blogs.uct.ac.za/blog/researching-students-voices. and which arises from an ongoing access and use project (see http://www.cet.uct.ac.za/node/212/) * and the general work we are doing at CET which you can get a sense of from our website at http://www.cet.uct.ac.za/and from my newly instituted blog at http://blogs.uct.ac.za/blog/laura-cet... How much of this is policy relevant? We will see. At least one of our grants requires us to share our findings which I think is a jolly good thing!
