What can the 'developed' countries learn from this?

I really enjoyed the reflections about 'good' and 'lots of' over 'best' practice - very, very useful. Teachers across the globe must get so frustrated always hearing about the 'best practice' being everywhere else...

And a really insightful run down (with links) of different programmes in different countries. I wonder who has a view of this issue across ALL countries, including the supposedly developed ones? There's definitely a sense that some 'developing' countries are leap-frogging e.g. S. Korea's online-only curriculum.

Look at some of the challenges we discovered in our Blue Skies project that the UK is facing making the most of ICT in higher education. http://pearsonblueskies.com/category/how-should-we-make-the-most-of-technology-and-data/
