Its very heartening to note that Mrs.Minara Begum have been able to get out of the clasp of poverty with generous help and skill development training from the ECRRP. But the project must look into the sustainability of her present good fortune through ensuring disease free condition of her precious livestock and assured market for the goods she brings for selling. One factor that must be given serious thinking is her livestock must be given protection through some sort of insurance scheme against natural calamities, disease and theft. Otherwise in one fine morning she might find her good fortune has evaporated through some vagaries of nature or for some human connivance leaving her again to the clasp of poverty.
