Anushka Wijesinha is a Research Economist at the Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka, working on private sector development, SMEs, economic governance, industrial development, economic governance and taxation issues. He has previously been a Short Term Consultant with the World Bank in Sri Lanka.
