More and Better Job in the world
Obviously, we know that there is no paradise in this world. But we can try to minimize the things that we think are bad to us. And I think, to have more and better jobs, corruption must not happen because it is a misuse of funds available where it could have paid the workers more.
Corruption is like dropping a red paint in the water. If red paint is dropped in the water, it would always be red paint it cant go back. Rather stopping the corruption by another corruption act, we should stop them from spilling in the clean water.
Another thing that should be solved is the poor education problem. Just like what the video said, education system may fail to produce what the actual labor market require. That will lead to having less income than the expected and would discourage people to work.
To have a healthier labor market, we should be compensated purely on our skills and capability of certain job.
