Elizabeth Gibbens is an experienced communicator with expertise in knowledge management and social media, working in the IFC Gender Secretariat. She previously served in the World Bank’s Web and Social Media Program, assisting online communications officers with achieving their digital communications goals while aligning with the Bank’s online strategy. Before coming to the Bank, she worked for AARP, the U.S. House of Representatives, and The New York Times.
