Citizen-centric Governance
Thanks, Tanya, for your post. I think what you are saying is that you don't want techno-centric e-governance (the most dominant model worldwide successfully being driven by tech vendors)nor governance-centric e-governance (which is geared to help only governments or their internal processes)but citizen-centric e-governance. The problem here is: how do we operationalise the concept in actual practice? Any ideas?
