Diversification yes but how? To be diversified economy you perquisites qualification to share in the world trade. for example Arab a states despite the abundance of resource (oil, labor ) still lagging behind the world trade . Also suffering from the confusing between vertical or horizontal policies, in addition to the invade by Chinese low cost products. It’s not easy at all, now these countries have uninvited competitors from inside and out. The globalized world will not wait for underdeveloped countries till it got legs to stand on.
