KRUGMAN and Stiglitz

Prof. Stiglitz was in Ghana recently, talking about growth strategies. I dragged up a Krugman notion that the East Asian miracle was no miracle at all; just huge increases in capital and labor (educated labor). He retorted that " this was not Paul's best effort". How was I to tell a Nobel that Krugman's idea made sense to me? Now I can say "Hey; he got his Nobel too!".
