Hi Ahram, thanks for your comments. The case study for S. Korea included in this report is actually a (very) short summary of a very detailed study done for us by Ovum Consulting. We will be putting this study online shortly and it includes much of what you are asking about. There is also a report from the ITU that was co-authored in 2003 by one of the co-authors of this report, Tim Kelly. You might also like to read that--it is also very detailed.
