Thanks for the question. My quick answer is that I am not sure: perhaps there is some confusion of terminology here. Poverty being multi-dimensional means that it is not just money-metric, but there are other dimensions money cannot buy such as equality, social inclusion, etc. I think you're talking about the reasons for poverty (or market failures) being multiple and that a credit infusion was insufficient. Perhaps, but remember that the funds were used for gaining human and physical capital...
