First, it's worth noting that all households eligible to receive the cash transfers were considered poor, an evaluation that was based on a proxy means test given prior to the baseline survey. Among this sample of poor households, if we further divide households into less-poor and poorer households, we generally found larger impacts of CCTs on enrollment among the poorer households, but that difference was not statistically significant at standard levels.
