Lily Hua Qin

Lily is a Financial Officer in the Finance & Risk Management Unit at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), the World Bank Group. Lily joined MIGA in 2011 through the MIGA Professional Program. Before joining MIGA, Lily worked at Freddie Mac in McLean, VA, initially in the Internal Audit Division and most recently in the Enterprise Risk Management Division as Operational Risk Management Associate Director responsible for assessing operational risks in new product offerings and initiatives. Lily started her career at Arthur Andersen in Shenzhen, China, advising foreign companies on establishing foreign direct investments in China. Lily graduated from Peking University in Beijing, China with a bachelor's degree in management and from the University of South Carolina with an international MBA. She also studied briefly in Koblenz and Pforzheim, Germany.
