Remittances and thei development impact

Dear prof Mr Ratha,
I have four questions
1. What do you think about the remittances positive impact on economic and social development in the poor countries such as SSA?

2. Do you think that about social remittances? Do you think that they are able to create an enabling environment in the poor countries (considering the Latin American HTAs)?

3. In general, what do you think about the impact of remittances in poverty alleviation?

4. You predicted the remittances fall: did you consider the informality of this issue and the increase of migration?
5. I'm looking for data on remittances from 1990 to 2008. Please can you help me ?

Thanks
and sorry for my bad english
