I agree with Mr Brian Samuel about the point Be Flexible . I learned flexibility at District of Columbia Public Schools ,Washington DC ,in which i worked
with them for thirty years as Sub-Teacher and Educational Aid , after fourteen years of work with District of Columbia Public Schools ,in 1999, i got my doctorate
degree(Ph.D)from Howard University , Washington DC in African Studies , i was still at work with them at the same position , i consider this a kind of flexiblity because i worked at the same time , in evening classes at Strayer University for ten years as an Adjunct professor for teaching Sociology and Health Service Administration, i did not push myself to be a regular teacher and as you know it maybe much rewarding financially . I prefered to stay joining between the two jobs as they are because i know that i am better in dealing with adults than young people .
Yours Very Respectfully,
