DOING BUSINESS IN AFRICA IS A VERY PROFITABLE VENTURE AND EASY.
BUT THE BASIC THING A FOREIGNER SHOULD BE AWARE OF IS THAT HE OR SHE COMING IN AS A NEW PERSON OR CORPORATE BODY SHOULD HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THE BUSINESS BEFORE SETTING FOOT ON THE FOREIGN LAND.
SECONDLY, IT WOULD BE A WISE THING TO GO THROUGH THE EMBASSY OF THE COUNTRY YOU INTEND TO GO INTO AND DO YOUR BUSINESS, SO AS TO GUARRANTEE YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETINESS OF YOUR INVESTMENTS.
ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE GENUINE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW THE BUSINESS PRACTICES IN THAT COUNTRY ARE BEING CARRIED OUT, ARE IN YOUR CREW BEFORE GOING IN.
TAKE TIME TO STUDY THE LIFE STYLE OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THAT COUNTRY AS TO ASCERTAIN THE APPROACH TO TAKE IN ENGAGING BUSINESS IN THAT COUNTRY.
WHEN ALL THESE ARE WELL TAKING CARE OF , DOING BUSINESS IN AFRICA BECOMES PIECE OF CAKE.
Doing business in Africa is a great and an exciting venture.
Africa is home for all that seek it. Africa is a compendium of love. Africa welcomes foreigners and protects the protects the social, economic, educational e.t.c interests of onsite foriegners.
Africa is a virgin continent, in terms of availability of untapped resources. And though the resources are available, Africa prefers the said resources to be tapped moderately, with conscience.
Africa seeks growth in political standards, infrastructural standards, educational standars, social standards, medical standars, living standards, e.t.c.,and would always appreciate untreacherous contribution from governmental bodies, non-governmental bodies, public organizations, private organizations e.t.c. towards achieving their felt needs.
Looking for business in Africa, means seeking heavenly glory; and this has to be done with care.
Every continent has a bad side, and so does Africa.
If you intend going into business in Africa, please do that through your Embassy. It is true that no matter how bad all eggs in a basket are, you can still find a good one.
Always register your business intention with another country through the commercial section of your Embassy. The Embassy is already on-ground, and has the knowledge of how things are done in that country, and they will be in a better position to advice you concerning your intention.
They will help you carry out further investigations on the company or individual you intend to go into any venture with.
You can also go through the Embassy of the country you intend investing in,if they do have one in your country. They will also advice you further.
This way, investing in Africa becomes easy.
