I agree with the statement about everyone being able to buy a bike. Whether rich or poor, it's possible for everyone to get their hands on a bike. I also think that it is amazing for Korea to be so active in the movement to ride bikes more and reduce the co2 in the atmosphere. Most politicians just address the problem, whereas the major of Seoul is getting his hand down and dirty into the situation. Not just reducing co2, it's also benefits individuals who ride their bikes to improve physical health but is more environmentally friendly and cheaper.
