Laurence Folliot Lalliot is a Professor of Public Law in Paris University currently detached to work with the World Bank: from September 2009 to September 2011 as Senior Legal Counsel with Legal Procurement (LEGOP) and since September 2011 as Consultant (STC) with MENA Procurement to cover procurement reforms. She has a long experience in international and comparative public contract Law, expert with UNCITRAL for the French Government on the Legislative guide for PPPs, teaching at George Washington University within the Government Contracts program, and working on several procurement systems around the world.
