Disaster Risk Management Specialist
Ahmed Lajam is the Disaster Risk Management Specialist in the Global Programs Unit of the Urban, rural and Social Development Global Practice. He is based in Yemen. Ahmad Joined the World Bank two years ago and prior to that he was working at The Flood Protection Project in the Yemeni capital, Sana’a as head of the studies department. His experience in flood risk mitigation projects spans more than 10 years.
