Alistair Dieppe is a Lead Economist of the Prospects Group in the EFI vice presidency. Prior to joining the World Bank in 2018, he worked in the Directorate General International of the ECB analyzing and forecasting the Global Economy, including studying linkages between advanced and emerging markets. Previously he worked for many years in the Research Department of the ECB. Alistair Dieppe has published on a wide variety of topics as well as being a developer of the BEAR toolbox. He has also worked at Oxford Economics and Cambridge Econometrics.
