Andy Shuai Liu is an online communications producer with the World Bank focusing on issues related to the environment, energy and natural resources. Previously, he worked with World Bank Institute as a communications consultant on open government and ICT-enabled citizen engagement. Prior to joining the World Bank, Andy served as a production manager and reporter with China Central Television (CCTV) in Beijing, China, and as senior Chinese editor and an English contributor for the International Journalism Network in Washington, D.C.
Andy studied Public Diplomacy at the Maxwell School and the Newhouse School of Syracuse University in New York, where he earned his master's degrees in international relations and public relations. He also holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Communication University of China.
