Anna L. Steinhage is a researcher in organizational behavior and visiting researcher at the Global Insights Initiative (GINI) within the Development Research Group at the World Bank. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from London Business School. Her current work focuses on how organizations can create environments that facilitate desirable behaviors while reducing unethical behaviors.
