Anne is a consultant with the Infrastructure team of the World Bank. Previously, she was the Digital Lead of the Education Global Practice and the World Bank’s online activities in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Singapore.
She is originally from the Philippines and is now based in London.
