Ba Liu Nguyen is a Procurement Specialist for the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice, in the Public Integrity and Openness Department. Liu Ba is a Vietnamese national with international finance background, she joined the Bank in 2012, and she has worked in the procurement unit of the World Bank’s Vietnam Office since. As a Procurement Specialist for Bank-funded projects in various sectors (transport, ICT, rural, environment and water, etc.) she is responsible for carrying out fiduciary functions and providing professional advice and support for the implementation of project procurement activities. Liu Ba also helps build the capacity of the Government of Vietnam in public procurement reform.
