Ben, a French national, joined the Bank in 2004 as a consultant and became staff in 2011. He has worked in various assignments includingin Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Kenya, and Washington D.C. Throughout his career, Ben has worked on complex post-conflict situations, focusing mainly on DDR (Disarmament, Demobilization & Reintegration) and Forced Displacement situations. Ben has a track record of building partnerships with clients, donors and other stakeholders, including various UN peacekeeping missions, UN agencies (UNHCR, UNDP, ILO and FAO), governments, the African Union and community-based organizations in the Great Lakes region in Africa and Cameroon. Ben is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon and the Task Team Leader of the Community Development Support Project (Programme National de Développement Participatif)
Ben holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Information System and Spatial Application from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, France.
