Communications Advisor, Human Development Network
Carolyn Reynolds is a Communications Advisor for the Human Development Network at the World Bank, where she advises on strategic communications and policy for global health, nutrition, population, education, social protection, and other human development initiatives. Prior to this position, she was managing director of the Impact '08 Campaign for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, mobilizing a national network of opinion leaders to educate the U.S. presidential candidates and their advisers about America's interests in global development. Previously she led the team responsible for the Bank's global engagement with civil society organizations. She has directed policy advocacy efforts for InterAction and worked in the U.S. Senate as an adviser on Africa.
