Senior Water Resources Specialist
Christina Leb works as Senior Water Resources Specialist at the World Bank Water Global Practice and is one of the focal points for transboundary waters. She currently is the Program Manager for the Central Asia Energy and Water Development Program and leads the Bank’s engagement on transboundary waters in the Indus Basin and Afghanistan. Other assignments include the facilitation of the development of the Niger River Basin Climate Resilience Investment Plan and institutional work in the Nile River and Aral Sea basins. Prior to working at the World Bank, Christina Leb worked at the Faculty of Law, University of Geneva, and remains an associate member of the Platform for International Water Law.
