Christopher J. De Serio
Christopher De Serio is a Transport Specialist with the Transport and ICT Global Practice at the World Bank. With more than 15 years of experience throughout the East Asia and Pacific region, Chris has worked on a range of development issues, including air transport, infrastructure asset management, and public sector governance and capacity development. Most recently, his primary focus has been the Bank-financed Pacific Aviation Investment Program. Chris holds a MA in Transportation Policy, Operations and Logistics from George Mason University and a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.
