Cynthia Olotch is a Senior Associate in the Projects and Infrastructure practice of IKM Advocates, a leading Kenyan commercial law firm. She specializes in projects and infrastructure and has acted for clients across the entire value chain of projects including public sector entities, commercial lenders and project sponsors in public procurement, public-private partnerships (PPPs), energy and mining. Cynthia’s recent work includes mandates on a PPP roads project, solar, hydro and geothermal power projects, a PPP bridge project, an industrial park development project, and a managed medical equipment services contract. Cynthia holds a Master of Law degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2004.
