David Francis has been a member of the World Bank Enterprise Analysis Unit since 2010, working on the unit’s data collection projects and analytical work in over 40 countries in the LAC and MENA regions. He holds degrees from Davidson College and Columbia University, and his work has focuses on firm dynamics, productivity, patterns of preferential trade agreements, foreign direct investment, and the governance of the global economic system.
