Dongkyu Kwak, Sr Land Administration Specialist, has more than 17 years of professional experience in cadastral surveys and mapping, geospatial analysis, drone operations and ICT development ranged from data acquisition to practical service implementation. He has provided technical support to cost-effective approach in improving land tenure security since he joined the Bank in 2016. He has worked on Indonesia, Tanzania, Cote d’Ivoire, Jamaica, Uruguay and Turkmenistan for land administration and geospatial information management.
