Eliana Rubiano-Matulevich is an Economist with the Gender Cross Cutting Solution Area, where she supports efforts to improve the availability of sex-disaggregated data and gender statistics at the country level. Before joining the gender team, she was an Evaluation Specialist at the Global Partnership for Education. Eliana holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Columbia University in the City of New York, and a B.A. and M.Sc. in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia).
