Ms. Evis Rucaj is a Program Manager for the Debt and Financial Statistics at the World Bank’s Development Data Group. She has over 20 years of experience on policy-relevant external sector statistics. She leads the Debt Data team and oversees the publication of International Debt Report and the compilation and dissemination of the World Bank Debtor Reporting System (DRS) database, quarterly external debt statistics (QEDS) as well as quarterly public sector debt statistics (QPSD) in a collaborative effort with the IMF and the OECD. Prior to the World Bank, she was Deputy Director of the Statistics Department at the Bank of Albania.
