Fatimah Alotaibi is a Digital Development Analyst at the World Bank Group, where she works with the Digital Development Global Practice focused on the Middle East and North Africa region. Her responsibilities include providing technical expertise on selected digital economy projects, ICT sector assessments, and policy and regulatory issues, contributing to the design and supervision of World Bank-financed digital development-related investment and policy reform programs. Fatimah holds a Master’s degree in Strategy Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from King Saud University.
