Ghislain de Salins is a senior digital development specialist at the World Bank, where he leads global analytical work on cybersecurity policy and operational cybersecurity capacity building in Europe, Central Asia and Western and Central Africa. He previously worked for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) as a cybersecurity policy analyst.
