Research Consultant for the Partnership for Economic Inclusion
Inés Arévalo is a Research Consultant for the Partnership for Economic Inclusion (PEI), leading its economic inclusion landscaping survey and providing research and analytical support. Over the past twelve years, she has been involved in designing M&E, conducting and supervising research, building capacity and developing strategies, mostly with a focus on financial inclusion and rural development. She has worked in countries in East Asia and Pacific, Central Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America, including China, Tajikistan, Egypt, Syria, Madagascar and Mexico. Inés holds a MA in Development Economics from the University of Sussex, England, and a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.
