Jing Guo currently works with the World Bank’s Corporate Communications Team, focusing on corporate messaging, media relations, and risk management. Previously, she worked on strategic communications projects in the areas of human development, gender, and energy. She also led public opinion surveys and research projects in more than a hundred countries for the World Bank’s Public Opinion Research Group. Prior to the Bank, she worked as a public radio reporter in Ohio and later a web editor. Jing holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Psychology from the University of Maryland, where she was an Eleanor Merrill Scholar and taught for three years.
