Jonathan is a Research Analyst in the Poverty & Equity Global Practice for Europe & Central Asia and is part of the Bank’s Mind, Behavior and Development Unit (eMBeD) team. He co-leads and supports behavioral projects in Europe related to tax compliance, employment support, energy efficiency, and social cohesion. Jonathan also contributes to analytical work related to poverty and inequality and the evaluation of fiscal policy for shared prosperity in the European Union. Prior to joining the Bank, Jonathan collaborated with the Inter-American Development Bank, the Mexican Ministry of Education, the Centro de Estudios Educativos y Sociales, and the Center for Global Development. He holds a Masters in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
