Dr. Jonathan Mellon is a research Fellow at Nuffield College, University of Oxford working on the British Election Study. Jonathan is a senior data scientist with the World Bank, works on the BBC's election night forecasts and has worked as a data scientist with the OSCE and Carter Center. He was awarded his DPhil in Political Sociology from the University of Oxford. His research interests include electoral behaviour, cross-national participation; developing tools for working with big data in social science and social network analysis.
